Delivery

We always aim to post your items the same day of receiving your order. We currently charge a set cost per order of £3.95 and use whichever method available to us which is determined by weight and size of the parcel. 

For lighter/smaller parcels we will ship via Royal Mail 1st Class Post, heavier/larger parcels will be sent via a Courier Method.

If you would like to use any other method than standard then please contact us on 01759 306041 and we will be more than happy to accommodate a personal choice and only charge the difference in cost.

Payment

We accept payment via Debit/Credit Card & Paypal.

Returns

In the highly unlikely event that there should be a problem with your item/s upon receipt due to loss or damage via the postal/delivery system then please contact us for assistance.

In order for us to make any claims via either the Royal Mail or Courier service you MUST keep all the packaging and wrappings from your parcel.  For deliveries made via a Courier method you must also make a note of parcel damage etc when signing for the goods and let us know immediately upon receipt.

On the very rare occassion you receive an item that is 'Dead on Arrival' ie is defective from new please do contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make arrangements to replace the item for you.

We understand our customer's concerns regarding privacy and are fully committed to protecting it.

The type of information we collect includes your name and address, phone number, e-mail address, delivery address if different to your home, and your credit/debit card details. We do of course keep a record of any purchases you make from us.

The information we hold about you will be accurate and up to date and you may check it by e-mailing us. If you find any inaccuracy we will delete or correct it promptly.

Any information you supply to us is stored on a secure server and we follow strict procedures to prevent any unauthorised access.

Chyldes Play does not sell or trade in any way, your personal information to others. Data collected by this site is used to:

a. Take and fulfill customer orders

b. Administer and enhance the site and service

c. Only disclose information to third-parties for goods delivery purposes
